Return Policy

 

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date, if 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only.

 

  • We are sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Any returns must be made at your own cost. However, you must obtain proof of postage until you received your refund, in case your return is lost on its way back to BARABAS Men. We suggest using a trackable service. BARABAS Men is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

  • As soon as your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

 

  • We are sorry to hear that! Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care team on cs.barabasmen@gmail.com with your order number, a picture and the description of the fault in your item. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
