Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility Period
Barabas accepts returns and exchanges within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. If fourteen (14) days have elapsed since the delivery date, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned merchandise must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition

With all original tags attached

Returned with original packaging, accessories, and paperwork
Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Special Conditions

Discounted items and orders exceeding $1,000.00 USD are eligible for store credit only.

As an alternative, Barabas may offer a partial refund equal to 25% of the item’s value, allowing the customer to retain the item without returning it. Acceptance of this offer is final.

Swimwear and accessories are final sale and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.

Footwear must be tried on indoors only.

Return Shipping & Authorization
All returns or exchanges must be initiated and processed through the official Barabas return portal to receive a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, customers has to pay for shipping cost to return the items including customs and duties fees.
Returns sent without using the provided return authorization may result in the customer being responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refused Returns & Restocking Fees
Returned items must be in new and resalable condition. Barabas reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee if returned merchandise does not meet eligibility standards.
Returns may be refused or subject to restocking fees due to, but not limited to:

Visible signs of use, wear, scratches, or physical markings

Removed or tampered tags, stickers, or manufacturer labels

Missing components or damaged/original packaging

Damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, mishandling, or improper care

Damage resulting from inadequate or improper return packaging
If a return is refused and the customer declines return shipment of the item, a restocking fee may be charged.
In-Store Pickup Orders
Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 30 days. If an order is not picked up within that timeframe and no prior arrangement has been made, the items will be returned to inventory and made available for sale. Please note that any payment made for unclaimed pickup orders will be non-refundable.
Refund Processing & Tracking
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Barabas within seven (7) days of delivery.
